Your appointment is reserved for you, should you need to cancel please do so online 24hours prior. Appointments cancelled after 24hrs will be subject to a cancellation fee. Kristi Ablett

Kristi is passionate about helping others move well and feel better in their bodies. After 14 years of working within the local community teaching fitness classes and hot yoga, she obtained her BC Registered Massage Therapy designation in 2019. Kristi’s style of massage blends swedish and therapeutic techniques including myofascial release and trigger point therapy. She encourages her clients to take an active role in their health and recovery. You can find Kristi in the Movement Studio for a mobility & yoga classes on Wednesday & Thursdays! When she’s not at work you can find her in the mountains or at the beach.
